Advance Preparation: To prepare for the course we suggest that you thoroughly read Manual Therapy for the Peripheral Nerves by Jean Pierre Barral and Alain Croibier. Supplies: You are welcome to bring a treatment table. If you are unable to bring a treatment table, please bring a yoga mat for use on the banquet table.
Attire: Comfortable, loose fitting clothes. As many of these manipulations require an exposed abdominal cavity, we encourage you to bring clothing suitable for skin contact (lab clothes). Due to the nature of the work, short finger nails are required.

Directions to Meeting Site:
From DIA (East): Take Pena Blvd to I-70. Go West on I-70 to Quebec Street Go south on Quebec to Martin Luther King Blvd. The Doubletree Hotel is located on the north west corner of Quebec and Martin Luther King Blvd.
From the West: Take I-70 East to Quebec Street South. Go South on Quebec to Martin Luther King Blvd. The Doubletree Hotel is located on the north west corner of Quebec and Martin Luther King Blvd.
From the South: Take I-25 North to 225 North. Then 225N to I-70 West. Exit Quebec Street South. The Doubletree hotel is located on the north west corner of Quebec and Martin Luther King Blvd.
The Doubletree hotel offers complimentary shuttle pick up from DIA every 15 minutes after the hour and 45 minutes after the hour. The shuttle runs 7 days a week from 4:30 a.m. to 12 midnight. The last pickup from the airport is at 12:45 a.m. Passengers should proceed to door marked 508 (West Terminal) or 511 (East Terminal). Go outside through the door and proceed to Island 3.
The airport is approximately 16 miles from the Doubletree.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Tuition is fully transferrable at any time. Tuition is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to a course, after which a $50 processing fee applies. Refund requests must be made in writing.
