Advance Preparation: To prepare for the course we suggest that you read Visceral Manipulation, available at http://shop.barralinstitute.com/Product-List/Visceral-Manipulation-Products/Visceral-Manipulation-Revised-Edition, and review http://www.barralinstitute.com/images/prestudy_materials/VM1_Pre-Study_Material.doc.
Supplies: You are welcome to bring a treatment table. If you are unable to bring a treatment table, please bring a yoga mat for use on the banquet table.
Attire: Comfortable, loose fitting clothes. As many of these manipulations require an exposed abdominal cavity, we encourage you to bring clothing suitable for skin contact (lab clothes). Due to the nature of the work, short finger nails are required.

Directions to Meeting Site:
A complimentary shuttle bus service is provided for Sheraton Reston Hotel guests to travel with ease to and from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). The IAD shuttle runs 24 hours a day on the hour and half hour.
From North and South to Hotel:
Beltway I-495 Exit 12 to Washington Dulles Airport. Then take the Toll Road (Rt. 267). Follow the Toll Road to the Reston Parkway Exit 12. Turn left at light after paying toll. Turn left again at the 2nd traffic light onto Sunrise Valley Drive. Follow Sunrise Valley Drive to the Sheraton Reston Hotel on left.
From East to Hotel:
From D.C. take I-66 West. Follow the exit signs to Washington Dulles Airport. Then take the Toll Road (Rt. 267) to the Reston Parkway Exit 12. Turn left at light after paying toll. Left again at the 2nd traffic light onto Sunrise Valley Drive. Follow Sunrise Valley Drive to the Sheraton Reston Hotel on left.
From the West:
From Dulles Airport take the Toll Road (Rt 267) East to Exit 12 Reston Parkway. At the end of the exit ramp go right at the light. Go to the first light - Sunrise Valley Drive and turn left. Follow Sunrise Valley Drive to the Sheraton Reston Hotel on the left.
There is public transportation to the Sheraton Reston Hotel. From the Maryland or Washington D.C. area, you would take the "Orange Line" and then take Bus #951 which drops you off on Sunrise Valley Drive near the Sheraton.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Tuition is fully transferrable at any time. Tuition is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to a course, after which a $50 processing fee applies. Refund requests must be made in writing.
