Advance Preparation: To prepare for the course we suggest that you read Visceral Manipulation, available at http://shop.barralinstitute.com/Product-List/Visceral-Manipulation-Products/Visceral-Manipulation-Revised-Edition, and review http://www.barralinstitute.com/images/prestudy_materials/VM1_Pre-Study_Material.doc.
Supplies: You are welcome to bring a treatment table. If you are unable to bring a treatment table, please bring a yoga mat for use on the banquet table.
Attire: Comfortable, loose fitting clothes. As many of these manipulations require an exposed abdominal cavity, we encourage you to bring clothing suitable for skin contact (lab clothes). Due to the nature of the work, short finger nails are required.

Directions to Meeting Site:
The airport is 14 miles from the hotel. Shuttle service is provided to/from the airport by Trans Express. They are located across from baggage claim at carousel "M1". Advance reservations are not required from the airport but must be made in advance for your return. The cost is approximately $16 one-way and $27 round-trip. From Illinois –
Highways 55, 70, and 64 merge together onto Popular Street Bridge. Cross over the bridge and exit on the Downtown/Memorial Drive exit (the Arch will be on the right). Turn left on Pine Street and turn right on 4th Street. The hotel is on the corner of 4th and Pine Street.
In Missouri - From Highway 64 East (Hwy. 40) - take the Broadway Exit ("Last Missouri Exit"). At the end of the ramp, turn left at the stop light. Go two (2) blocks until the road ends. You must turn left (one-way street). This is 4th Street. The hotel is located approximately 1/4 mile down on the right.
From Highway 70 East - Take the Downtown/Memorial Drive exit (the Arch will be on your left). Turn right on Pine Street. The first stop light is 4th Street. The hotel is located on the corner of 4th and Pine Street. From Highway 55 and Highway 44 North - These highways merge together. Take the Downtown/Memorial Drive exit. Turn left on Pine Street. The first stop light is 4th Street. The hotel is on the corner of 4th and Pine Street.
Hotel is approximately 30 minutes from airport.
Parking: The hotel offers underground parking for approximately $5 per day with unlimited in & out privileges. You must enter the garage through the Radisson Hotel & Suites parking entrance located next to the hotel. Stay on the south side of the garage for easy access to the hotel. Each level on the south side is labeled with an "S" for south and a color. After parking, walk to the entrance of the garage and around to the front of the hotel.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Tuition is fully transferrable at any time. Tuition is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to a course, after which a $50 processing fee applies. Refund requests must be made in writing.
