Advance Preparation: To prepare for the course we suggest that you read Urogential Manipulation, available at http://shop.barralinstitute.com/Product-List/Visceral-Manipulation-Products/Urogenital-Manipulation, and review http://www.barralinstitute.com/images/prestudy_materials/VM3_Pre-Study_Material.doc.
Supplies: You are welcome to bring a treatment table. If you are unable to bring a treatment table, please bring a yoga mat for use on the banquet table.
Attire: Comfortable, loose fitting clothes. As many of these manipulations require an exposed abdominal cavity, we encourage you to bring clothing suitable for skin contact (lab clothes). Due to the nature of the work, short finger nails are required.

Directions to Meeting Site:
The Upledger Institute is located approximately 1/2 mile south of PGA Blvd on the west side of Prosperity Farms Rd.
From the south, take either I-95 or the Florida Turnpike north to the PGA Blvd (Palm Beach Gardens) exit and go east. Go to Prosperity Farms Rd and turn right (south) for about 1/4 mile. We have a red tile entrance. Pull into the driveway marked 11211, and you will find us in the building on the left. Use the second floor entrance, on the east end of the building.
Taxi is available from the airport to the hotel at a rate of approximately $45.00 one-way.

Directions to Hampton Inn: From I-95 - Exit PGA Blvd/Exit 79A going east. Make first right onto RCA Blvd. The hotel is one block on the left side. . From FL Turnpike - Exit Palm Beach Gardens/Exit 109 going east two miles. Go under I-95 overpass then make the first right onto RCA Blvd. The hotel is one block on the left side.
Other nearby hotels that offer a free shuttle to The Upledger Institute are the Doubletree ($94 night) at 561.622.2260 and The Embassy Suites ($125 night) at 561.622.1000. If you would like a beachfront location, you might consider the Jupiter Beach Resort at 561.746.2511 – they are a little higher, but a lovely location about 15 minutes north of The Upledger Institute.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Tuition is fully transferrable at any time. Tuition is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to a course, after which a $50 processing fee applies. Refund requests must be made in writing.
