Advance Preparation:
The required reading for this course is Full Body Presence by Suzanne Scurlock-Durana, available at http://shop.barralinstitute.com/Product-List/Health-and-Wellness/Full-Body-Presence-Learning-to-Listen-to-Your-Bodys-Wisdom, as well as Sessions #4, #5, #8 of the Healing From the Core: A Journey Home to Ourselves, Comprehensive Series. If you do not already own the CDs or audio tape series, they are available online at http://shop.barralinstitute.com/Welcome?search=healing+from+the+core. In addition to the required reading, please review the Preparation Materials available at http://www.upledger.com/seminar_info/Terms/HFEPprep.doc. Do not wait to review this material as you are required to have a session with Suzanne Scurlock-Durana prior to attending the course.
Supplies:
Attire:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing (preferably no jeans or skirts) as class involves some movement work. A sweater and extra pair of warm socks are suggested for times of stillness.
Times:
This class is a residential retreat and will start Wednesday at Noon and end Sunday at 4:00 p.m.

Directions to Meeting Site:
From Northern VA - Take the Dulles Toll Road (267 West) to Route 7 West towards Leesburg (the toll road ends at Route 7). After 4 miles or so, take the Route 9 West Exit toward Charles Town. Stay on Route 9 for about 20 miles until you come to it's intersection with Route 340. Take Route 340 South toward Berryville, VA. After two miles or so, take the exit labeled Augustine Avenue (on right). Then immediately turn left onto Huyette Road, and go 1.8 miles. The Claymont mansion is the first driveway on your right after you pass the RR tracks. The Great Barn is the 2nd driveway on the right (down another 1/4 mile). The Great Barn is a long yellow building with a red roof. Directions from Maryland/I-495 Beltway - Take 1270N to Fredrick, then I70W briefly to Route 340 West towards Charles Town. As you approach Charles Town, 340 South exits to your right and becomes a bypass. Take this bypass towards Berryville for approximately 4 miles. Take the exit labeled Augustine Avenue (on right). Then immediately turn left onto Huyette Road and go 1.8 miles. The Claymont mansion is the first driveway on your right after you pass the RR tracks. The Great Barn is the 2nd driveway on the right (down another 1/4 mile). The Great Barn is a long yellow building with a red roof. Directions from Baltimore - Take I-70 to Frederick, MD; then get on Rt. 340 West to Charles Town, WV. As you approach Charles Town, 340 South exits to your right and becomes a bypass. Take this bypass towards Berryville for approximately 4 miles. Take the exit labeled Augustine Avenue (on right). The immediately turn left onto Huyette Road, and go 1.8 miles. The Great Barn is a long yellow building with a red roof. Directions from Richmond - Take I-95N to Route I7N (just past Fredericksburg, VA) to Route 50W to Route 340 North towards Berryville, VA. Follow Route 340N about 11 miles until the exit labeled Augustine Avenue (on left). Turn left onto Augustine Avenue, then an immediate left onto Huyette Road, and go 1.8 miles. The Claymont mansion is the first driveway on your right after you pass the RR tracks. The Great Barn is the 2nd driveway on the right (down another 1/4 mile). The Great Barn is a long yellow building with a red roof.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Tuition is fully transferable up to 7 days prior to the start of the class. Within 7 days, a $100.00 administrative fee will apply. Tuition is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the start of the class. Refund requests must be made in writing within 12 months of the registration.
