Advance Preparation:
To prepare for the course we suggest that you read Manual Therapy for the Peripheral Nerves, available at http://shop.barralinstitute.com/Product-List/Textbooks/Manual-Therapy-for-the-Peripheral-Nerves, and review http://www.barralinstitute.com/images/prestudy_materials/NM2_Pre-Study_Material.doc.
Supplies:
As you will be doing work under the arm, we recommend you bring some hand sanitizer. You are welcome to bring a treatment table. If you are unable to bring a treatment table, please bring a yoga mat for use on the banquet table.
Attire:
Comfortable, loose fitting clothes. As many of these manipulations require an exposed abdominal cavity, we encourage you to bring clothing suitable for skin contact (lab clothes). Due to the nature of the work, short finger nails are required.

Travel south on Route 53 until it becomes 290 East, then merge on Interstate 355.
Continue south on the left towards Joliet and take Butterfield Road (Route 56).
Travel toward Aurora and turn left onto Butterfield Road (Route 56).
Turn left into Yorktown Shopping Center.
Follow the center around to the hotel entrance.
West
Travel onto Interstate 88 east and exit onto Highland Avenue.
Turn left onto Highland Avenue after the tollbooth, merging to the far right.
Merge right onto Route 56 east.
Turn left into the Yorktown Shopping Center.
Follow the center around to the hotel entrance.
East
From 290 (Eisenhower Expressway) stay in left two lanes and continue onto Interstate 88 west.
Continue to the tollbooth and exit on Highland Avenue.
Taking Chiropratic College, turn right onto Highland Avenue and merge onto Route 56 (Butterfield).
Turn into the Yorktown Shopping Center.
Follow the center around to the hotel entrance.
South
Travel North onto Route 83.
Turn left onto 22nd Street.
Take 22nd Street until it turns into Butterfield Road.
Turn right into Yorktown Shopping Center.
Follow the center around to the hotel entrance.
Taxi service is available from O’Hare International Airport for $40.00 each way and from Midway Airport for $44.00 each way.
Continental Express Shuttle service is available from O’Hare International Airport for $38.00 each way or $70.00 round trip. The cost from Midway Airport is $45.00 each way or $84.00 roundtrip.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Tuition is fully transferable up to 7 days prior to the start of the class. Within 7 days, a $100.00 administrative fee will apply. Tuition is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the start of the class. Refund requests must be made in writing within 12 months of the registration.
